All of our products are shipped fully assembled and robustly packed with eco-friendly materials to prevent any damage during shipping. Most orders ship out of our studio in Nyack, NY. Furniture products built without audio components ship out of our production facility in West Virginia.

White Glove Delivery
We ship our furniture through a White Glove delivery service. We will take care of every detail. Furniture arrives fully assembled and is placed exactly where you want it with no packaging left behind. All you have to do is enjoy your new furniture or audio product. Here’s how it works:
All non-furniture products will be shipped through FedEx Ground or USPS. When the order is fulfilled you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please be sure to provide a secure and accurate shipping address when you place your order. SYMBOL audio is not responsible for any stolen packages. If a package is returned to SYMBOL audio due to an incorrect address any additional shipping charges will be billed to the customer.
When receiving your shipment and while delivery agents are present, please inspect merchandise carefully and note any damages to the product or packing on the bill of lading. If you sign for the merchandise with no exceptions noted, you acknowledge that it is free from defect or damage and SYMBOL will not be responsible for repairs. If exceptions are noted on the bill of lading and the product is deemed damaged or defective by SYMBOL, we will repair or replace all or part of the merchandise at our expense.
